Light, bright and a little crazy, the Mya Bay jewelry brand was founded by designer Sophie Johnen in 2012 in Belgium.
"Mya" is a tribute to her mother Myriam, and "Bay" means "bay", reflecting Sophia's main sources of inspiration, namely the sun, ocean and golden sand.
To create jewelry, the brand uses precious and semi-precious metals, such as brass and stainless steel, as well as gold and silver plating.
